Nestle is being sued by environmental groups in California, where they have been bottling water on a permit that expired over 25 years ago. A representative of Nestle Water North America said that the permit is still valid.
You may remember Samuel Ved, the man who bought Google.com for less than $20, well he now got a reward from Google, but he decided to donate it to a charity called the Art of Living India Foundation. Google doubled the amount that was originally going to be giving when they donated to said foundation.
SeaWorld is in a world of hurt after the California Coastal Commission banned the breeding of orcas in California.

Mozilla will be the last browser out of the big three (Chrome, Firefox, and Edge) to end plugin support. They expect it to end in late 2016. They have decided however to support Flash.
Microsoft has released a new update for Windows 7 and 8 which is purely to violate your privacy. The updates were labeled as "Important" so your computer will install them on their own. The updates include an old snooping patch, a diagnostics tool that automatically sends your data to Microsoft, and two patches that interrupt your use to try to get you to download Windows 10.
